This house has its own unique individual design to suit the block and the owners, using a wide range of materials, concrete slab, renewable sustainable plantation timber frames to hidden flat colorbond roof. There are 6 different types of external cladding. Colorbond trim deck vertical cladding, Scyon Linea weatherboards, Scyon Axon cladding, JH Easylap, JH Blueboard rendered and a recycled Jarrah plank feature wall.

The Seagull design home is located at 6 Outrigger Esplanade Sunset Beach, Geraldton WA. This home was built by Seascape Designs in 2014. The house has a very unique roof design with a series of curved roof lines to simulate the surrounding sand dunes, which are directly across the road. The aim of this build was to promote and encourage passive solar design and sustainable building practices in the Geraldton area.
